"It’s hard to sum up in a quick paragraph what an amazing job you are all doing right now but I’ll try!

Parenting is challenging, you make it easier.  The professional but more importantly loving care you provide for our boy enriches our lives and it is a privilege watch him develop alongside you all.  

It makes my heart so happy when I hear him singing te reo waiata to himself at home and correcting my pronunciation when I try!  Talking about his friends and the fun challenges they did that day.  How the Kaiako helped extend his knowledge of something and amazingly, helped him overcome anxieties and go to swimming!  He is not a kid that takes to new people and situations with ease but the time and effort you have all taken to make him feel comfortable is so much appreciated and now he asks if he can go to daycare more often, which if we lived closer we would do in a heartbeat.  The changes you have made there speak for themselves when a homebody farm kid wants to go more often and that all comes from the people not a building, you are everything and I could not be happier with your leadership and team members.  Thank you!
