FEES & FINANCIAL
An enrolment fee of $50 is payable two weeks in advance when enrolling your child to secure their position on our early learning centre. This fee covers administration set up costs including your child’s portfolio folder & stationery costs.
In order for children to obtain positive feelings over a time of transition from either a family situation or another centre there needs to be clear communication between Parents, Teachers, Management and the children to provide a seamless transition
Children are required to attend a minimum of 3 days per week for 6 hours. This helps with the settling process, allow children to integrate more easily. It also makes developing relationships with staff and other children easier.
A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is payable when enrolling your child to secure their place in our centre. This fee covers administration set up costs including your child’s portfolio folder and stationery costs.
We also take 2 weeks paid in advance to secure your booking with C&R .
Once a child is enrolled and confirmation of a start date is given, all booked sessions will be charged. Any changes require at least 2 week’s prior notice.
Automatic Payments, Internet banking and Cash is our preferred methods of payment. WINZ Child Care Subsidies are available for assistance with your fees depending on the level of your family income. Please talk to Dorothy our Administration Manager at the time of enrolment if you have any queries regarding WINZ. This subsidy is ONLY part payment for fees and parents MUST meet the balance. Full Fees will be charged until the Centre receives the WINZ subsidy.
Fees are to be paid either weekly, fortnightly or monthly in advance. Failure to keep fees up to date may result in a child’s enrolment being forfeited and the debt being passed on to a debt collection agency, for which the parent will be responsible for an associated costs incurred.
Holidays / Statutory Holidays / Absences
The centre will be closed on Statutory Holidays. Children who have been enrolled with the centre for a minimum of 6 months are entitled to 1-week holiday per year at a discounted rate. To qualify for the discount, the absence MUST be for a consecutive period of 1 week or more, at least 2 week’s notice is given of the absence and all due fees have been paid.
